Any transfers found to be in non-compliance will be disapproved. Beginning with section 1 of the form, please determine if your firearm will be tax paid or tax exempt. Most Form 1 applications will be tax paid unless they fall under specific designations that make them tax exempt. In section 2, indicate the correct registration type for your application.
